Before the American version there was this: the original Channel 4 series where Ramsay first worked out the rescue formula on British restaurants. It is a smaller, older set of businesses, which makes the where-are-they-now question harder and more interesting. We tracked each one, using UK company records and local press rather than the fan trackers.
