What happened after
Two candidate leads found but connection unconfirmed: (1) 'Worldwide Trailer Sales Inc', 5514 Shadowlawn Ave, Tampa FL, per BBB/directory listings (BBB direct profile URL 404'd on fetch); (2) 'Worldwide Trailers USA' custom food-trailer builder, currently based Waycross GA, verified live 2026 site -- but no source found tying it to the original Tampa company.
What happened on the show
Worldwide Trailers, owned by Tom and Nancy, built concession trailers mostly for food truck operators, and Marcus loved the product even as the operation baffled him. The trailers were assembled at a plant in Georgia and then hauled to Tampa for finishing and sale, a split that made no sense. Visiting the Georgia site, he found a committed crew capable of completing the trailers on the spot but hobbled by disorganization, with parts strewn outside and nobody accountable, and his inventory team called it the worst they had ever seen. He offered $700,000 for half the business and pushed to consolidate everything in Georgia to cut expenses. Nancy refused to leave Tampa. The deal ultimately collapsed not over economics but over the couple's disintegrating marriage, when Tom and Nancy broke into an argument, in front of both Marcus and their own staff, and he simply turned and walked away.

We could not verify what became of the Tampa company. Two candidate leads surfaced but neither could be tied to it. One was a Worldwide Trailer Sales listing at a Shadowlawn Avenue address in Tampa, whose BBB profile would not load. The other was a separate custom food trailer builder called Worldwide Trailers USA, which is genuinely live in 2026 but operates out of Waycross, Georgia, with no source connecting it to the original firm. Because the geography does not match and nothing links the two, we do not treat the live Georgia builder as a confirmation. Worldwide Trailers ships as unverifiable pending a targeted recheck.
