What happened on the show
Susana Monaco was a fashion label whose owner, Susana, was the creative force but was easily intimidated by the business side, which she left to a manager named Anna. Marcus traced her shaky confidence to real pressure, her father pushing her to divide her stock among her brothers, and Anna leveraging her position to demand equal ownership or higher pay. He tackled the excess inventory, low cash flow, and bloated collection, proposing tiered shipping options to steady the cash flow, but Anna broke down and accused Susana of not respecting or standing up for her. Marcus brought in Stephanie from Courage.b, now running his fashion businesses, to help build a core collection, and held a liquidation sale for dead inventory. He kept coaching Susana to assert herself, especially with Anna, and used the investment to buy fabrics for her to work with. At a fashion show exhibiting her core designs and spring collection, attended by her father, Susana finally stood up for herself and claimed her authority as the owner.
After the cameras left
The label is still in business. Susana Monaco, a contemporary women's fashion brand, runs a live official site and lists current retail partners including major department stores and online boutiques, with Facebook activity dated into January 2026. The confidence Marcus spent the episode trying to build in its founder seems to have held, because the brand remains active and widely stocked. Confirmed operating as of 2026, high confidence.
