night-security-guard unauthorized-use sting (unauthorized bakery use of warehouse equipment)

What happened after

No Los Angeles location found under this name; search surfaced only same-named restaurant-supply chain locations in Waterbury CT, Green Bay WI, and Dayton OH, none in LA.

What happened on the show

Luca Riemma was hearing from customers who found food residue inside factory-sealed appliances they had bought from his Los Angeles warehouse. Charles Stiles' investigator Melissa found a discarded roll of bakery labels in the trash, and a single mystery diner, Jamie, went in as an appliance salesman. As aired, a night security guard had been smuggling his triplet brothers into the warehouse after hours to bake muffins for their own bakery using the appliances due for delivery. The confrontation has the guard offer Luca a partnership, which Luca refuses before firing him and barring the brothers. Because Mystery Diners was later accused of scripting these reveals, this after-hours warehouse sting is best read as broadcast rather than as independently confirmed.

After the cameras left

After the episode, Riemma Kitchen Warehouse cannot be found. Searches in our 2026 pass turned up only unrelated same-named restaurant-supply locations in other states, with no trace of the Los Angeles storefront beyond the episode itself, so we hold it at last confirmed rather than guess. Mystery Diners filmed a warehouse sting and moved on; it left no rescue to trace. A single-location supplier with no findable current record is exactly the kind of subject the directory cannot honestly score either way.
