wine-pairing/sommelier sting

What happened after

Own domain indulgewinebar.com resolves (returned 403, i.e. server is live/blocking bots, not DNS-dead) but no page text was retrievable to confirm current operation.

What happened on the show

Wine and cheese costs were quietly climbing at Peter and Delinda Fatianow's Highlands Ranch bistro. Charles Stiles sent a single mystery diner, Taylor, in as a waitress. As aired, a bartender is over-pouring expensive wine, but the real scheme belongs to a manager and a waiter secretly running a twice-monthly wine-tasting sideline, the manager accepting an unauthorized delivery and lifting bottles and cheese from the restaurant for the events, the waiter sent out for a specialty cheese the bistro does not even carry. The confrontation has the owners firing both after they hand over their latest side earnings. Given the scripting claims that later dogged Mystery Diners, this wine-tasting sting is best framed as broadcast rather than as verified fact.

After the cameras left

After the episode, Indulge slips out of the verifiable record. The bistro's own domain at 1601 Mayberry Drive still resolves, a mild sign of life, but no page text or dated listing could confirm current operation in our 2026 pass, so we hold it at last confirmed. A live domain is not an open door, and Mystery Diners left no rescue to trace. The honest answer here is that the signal is too thin to call the Highlands Ranch wine bar open or closed.
