What happened after

Per Wikipedia's Bar Rescue season 5 episode list (S5E26): "This bar has closed."

What happened on the show

A Long Beach dive bar was quietly being overrun by an ant infestation its people had not even noticed. At Liquid Lounge, Taffer walked into a room whose pest problem was emblematic of the broader neglect dragging it down, the kind of unglamorous, hidden failure that turns customers away without anyone tracing why. The rescue worked to clear out the infestation and give a tired dive a functional operation and a marketable identity. Taffer reopened the venue as Tidal Bay Beach Bar, a coastal rebrand meant to trade a neglected dive for a brighter beach-bar concept suited to Long Beach, betting that a clean room and a fresh identity could pull customers back to a bar its own inattention, and its ants, had been steadily emptying.

After the cameras left

Liquid Lounge, rebranded Tidal Bay Beach Bar, has since closed. Wikipedia's episode list carries the plain note that this bar has closed, a generic footnote without a date or further detail that holds the closure at medium confidence as the only source found. The dive bar did not survive its makeover: whatever the coastal rebrand and the pest cleanup accomplished in the moment, the room eventually shut its doors, another Long Beach closure in a stretch of the catalog with several of them.
