What happened on the show

Sisters Yvonne and Evette ran Zandi's Grill in Millersville, which Irvine took on in the fourth season, on Veterans Highway. The Zandi's Grill visit to Millersville survives mainly as a listing, with the Wikipedia page holding no plot summary at all. So we lean on the fixed Zandi's Grill process: a tasting of the sisters' menu, a Millersville kitchen inspection, a confrontation with the sisters, and a two-day renovation of the Millersville room before opening night.
