What happened on the show
Robert Irvine took on The Main Dish in Meridianville during the fourth season, on Highway 231-431. For The Main Dish the Meridianville coverage is threadbare, and the Wikipedia episode list supplies nothing beyond the listing itself. What the series did at The Main Dish is clear enough: Irvine sampled the food, examined the Meridianville kitchen, pushed the owners to face the problems, and rebuilt the Meridianville room on a five-figure budget. No fabricated The Main Dish scene fills the record's gaps, and Meridianville sources offer nothing concrete to build on. The Meridianville setting and the fixed process are The Main Dish's solid ground, and the aftermath does the rest.
