What happened on the show
Taffer returned to familiar company for this Colorado rescue, bringing in Ami from the Season 3 bar he had reworked as Solids and Stripes to help run the recon at Wildfire Bistro in the Centennial and Aurora area. The bar needed the standard intervention, a hard look at its operation, a stress test of its staff, and a renovation to give it a fighting chance. Taffer reopened the venue as The Prime Bar, a rebrand meant to give the room a sharper, more upscale identity, betting that a clearer concept and a disciplined operation could steady a bistro that had been struggling in a competitive suburban Denver market before the cameras arrived. The Colorado bistro sat in a crowded suburban Denver dining market where a muddled concept had little room to survive without a decisive reset.
After the cameras left
Wildfire Bistro, rebranded The Prime Bar, has since closed. MapQuest's own listing tags the business closed at 15352 East Ida Drive, an address in Centennial rather than Aurora proper, though background research placed the owner and venue across the Centennial and Aurora area, so it is treated as the same business rather than a mismatched listing. That holds the closure at medium confidence. The bistro did not survive its makeover: whatever The Prime Bar rebrand changed, the room eventually shut its doors in the Denver suburbs.
