Owner Shelton finally took a stand against his own lazy staff and fired Ron on the spot. The makeover cleaned out the filthy kitchen, cut the portions down, put food on real plates instead of foam containers, and drilled the bar staff in proper pouring technique, the rescue betting that discipline at the door and behind the bar could scrub a reputation built on chaos.
