What happened on the show

A motorsports-themed Las Vegas bar had built a culture so hostile to women that it was strangling its own business. At The Alibi, also known as the Alibi Casino, the employees' vulgar behavior, including the open display of a sex doll, gave the room a reputation no broad crowd would tolerate, and Taffer pushed the owner to reassert control over a staff that had turned the place into a clubhouse for its worst instincts. Owner Artie Coury had opened the bar back in 1998, long enough to have real equity to protect, but the female-unfriendly theme was actively narrowing its audience.
