What happened on the show
An aggressive owner of a family bar was berating his staff and scolding his own sons, and Taffer called him out for it. At Sidelines Sports Grill and Bar in Mount Dora, Florida, the owner's harsh treatment of the people around him, employees and family alike, was the core dysfunction, a room poisoned by a boss who led through intimidation. The rescue worked to confront that behavior and rebuild the family dynamic the owner had been damaging. Taffer reopened the venue as Lake House Bar and Grill, a rebrand meant to give the family a fresh start once the owner was pushed to treat his staff and sons with some respect, betting that a chastened owner and a new identity could steady a room his aggression had been driving into the ground.
After the cameras left
