What happened on the show
RJ's Replay was full of potential but failing on poor management, and Taffer had to save both the bar and the owner's frayed relationships with his wife and parents. At RJ's Replay in Tucson, the personal and the operational were tangled together, a promising room undone by mismanagement and family strain alike. For the recon Taffer brought in Aleah and Donna from the earlier-rescued Chilleen's on 17, and again enlisted bartender Ashley Clark as a mixology expert. The rescue worked to fix the management and mend the family bonds at once. Taffer reopened the venue as The Frozen Cactus, an ice-bar-and-fire-grill concept meant to give the room a distinctive identity, betting that a sharper concept and repaired family relationships could turn wasted potential into a going concern.

An independent Yellow Pages listing quotes the venue's own description, noting it was formerly RJ's Replay and was saved by Jon Taffer and Bar Rescue, which confirms the rename and ongoing operation at high confidence. The owner's bar overcame its mismanagement, kept the Frozen Cactus identity Taffer gave it, and the family relationships the rescue addressed came along with the business, landing this one firmly among the renamed survivors.
