G.I. Jodi's Bar and Grill

Littleton, Colorado

RENAMED

It was renamed and continues to trade. It now goes by Malloy's Bar & Grille.

What happened after

Renamed Malloy's Bar & Grille after its Bar Rescue makeover (owner Jodi Malloy had opened the original bar in 2000); still operating at the same address per an active Yelp listing.

What happened on the show

Owner Jodi Malloy had opened G.I. Jodi's Bar and Grill in Littleton back in 2000, and by the time Taffer arrived the long-running room needed a reset. The bar received the show's standard intervention, with recon spies gauging the customer experience, a hard confrontation over the operation's problems, a stress test of the staff, and a full renovation. Taffer reopened the venue as Malloy's Bar and Grille, a rebrand built around the owner's own surname, betting that a sharper identity tied to Jodi Malloy's two decades of ownership could give a veteran Littleton bar a stronger footing than the military-themed concept it had been running under before the cameras came. Two decades under one owner had given the Littleton room a loyal base, and the rebrand tied its future directly to Jodi Malloy's own name and reputation.

After the cameras left

Malloy's Bar and Grille stuck and is still operating at the same address, 11550 West Meadows Drive in Littleton, per an active Yelp listing, which puts the status at high confidence as a renamed survivor. Owner Jodi Malloy, who opened the original bar in 2000, kept the room going under the new name Taffer gave it, landing this one firmly among the survivors, a long-tenured Colorado bar that carried its rescue identity forward and kept its doors open in the years after the episode aired.
