What happened on the show

Surveillance on a golf-themed Murfreesboro bar turned up terrible sanitary conditions and a kitchen run, badly, by the owner's friend, a combination threatening to sink the owner's whole investment. Fairways Golf and Grill, the subject of an episode titled Hole in None, needed its borderline-oblivious owner to finally take control and clean house, both literally and organizationally, before the incompetence in the kitchen finished the business. Taffer's rescue worked to wake the owner up to how close he was to losing everything and to replace the friends-and-favors staffing with something that could actually pass a health inspection. He reopened the room as Brew U, a beer-forward rebrand meant to give the tired golf concept a sharper, more marketable identity and hand the owner a genuine second chance at protecting the money he had sunk into the place.

After the cameras left

Brew U did not make it far past its own episode. The location closed by December 2014, roughly a year after the rescue, and owner Richard Jordan returned to accounting work, per the record. Yellow Pages and MapQuest independently tag the site closed, giving the ending high confidence across two directory sources. A claim that Party Fowl now occupies the space traced back to an excluded fan-tracker and was left out pending independent confirmation. The golf bar Taffer tried to rebrand into a beer hall did not last the year.
