What happened after

Originally Eliphino Dive and Dine; renamed The Shattered Bar during its Bar Rescue makeover but had reportedly already closed (around October 2018) before the episode aired in April 2019. A subsequent tenant, GravyTrain Saloon, also occupied and then vacated the space by 2022.

What happened on the show

A Las Vegas dive with a kitchen that went unused was foundering under an owner who either could not or would not ask for help, and who made more enemies than friends. At Eliphino, formally Eliphino Dive and Dine, Taffer confronted a stubborn operator whose refusal to change was the central obstacle, and he watched the recon alongside a former manager who knew the room's problems. The rescue worked to put the idle kitchen to use and break through the owner's resistance. Taffer reopened the venue as Shattered, a rebrand meant to signal a clean break, betting that a functional kitchen and an owner finally willing to accept help could turn a dive making enemies into a room making money, if the owner could actually change his ways.

After the cameras left

Eliphino's ending predated its own broadcast. Renamed The Shattered Bar during the makeover, the room had reportedly already closed around October 2018, months before the episode aired in April 2019. A later tenant, GravyTrain Saloon, occupied and then vacated the 3246 East Desert Inn Road space by 2022, and the original Facebook page shows only historical content, which together hold the closure at medium confidence. The stubborn owner's dive did not survive: whatever the rescue attempted, the bar was gone before viewers ever saw it reopen.
