Feat Socks
Santa Monica, California
The trail goes cold here; we could not verify whether it is still open. The last confirmed sighting we found dates to 2019.
What happened after
Sock company; the California Secretary of State lists Feat Socks, Inc. (filed 2018-07-16, doc #4174570) with active corporate filing status, but the brand's own domain, featsocks.com, has been domain-hijacked and now serves an unrelated Indonesian-language gambling ('Halobet' slot) site impersonating Samsung branding.
What happened on the show
Feat Socks was a sock company built by two brash social media influencers into a million dollar brand, and by the time of the episode it had stalled after major losses. The trouble, as the show framed it, was as much attitude as economics, a pair of owners whose arrogance risked keeping them from hitting the goals Marcus set, and the warning was that he could get cold feet if they would not listen. It was a recognizable Profit dynamic, a business with real early sales and marketing savvy undercut by owners too sure of themselves to accept coaching. The work centered on getting the founders to check their egos, rebuild after the losses, and accept the discipline needed to turn viral marketing into a sustainable company. The social media reach was a genuine asset, which made the owners' willingness to be coached the pivotal variable here.
After the cameras left
We could not verify the company's status. The California Secretary of State lists Feat Socks with an active corporate filing, which is weak evidence of real trading, since entities can stay active with no operations. More troubling, the brand's own domain, featsocks.com, has been hijacked and now serves an unrelated gambling site, so it should never be linked. We found no current social or professional activity to confirm the business is still operating. With only a dormant corporate filing and a hijacked domain, Feat Socks ships as genuinely unverifiable.
