What happened on the show

This season four episode brought the takeover back to Minneapolis, Minnesota, at a hair salon. As across the run, the show followed Coffey's format rather than a surviving narrative: she embeds in the salon, delivers blunt evaluations of the staff and owner, restructures the team, and finishes with a renovation reveal.
