During the fifth season Robert Irvine reached Bronk's Bar and Grill, a bar and grill in Lake City, on West Center Street. Almost nothing of the Bronk's Bar and Grill episode is documented in Lake City, and Wikipedia offers no summary to lean on. What the format guaranteed at Bronk's Bar and Grill was a tasting of the food, a Lake City kitchen check, a confrontation with the proprietors, and a two-day rebuild of the Lake City room before a reopening. We will not dress the Bronk's Bar and Grill hour in invented dishes, since Lake City sources documented none of them. What survives as fact for Bronk's Bar and Grill is the format and the Lake City setting, with nothing invented added.
