Boodles on Kitchen Nightmares
When Ramsay arrived, Boodles was a family restaurant burdened by debt and dated decor. Owner Bruno wouldn’t step away because he didn’t trust his son, Kevin, to run Boodles; Ramsay persuaded him to rest.
During service, Ramsay shut down the kitchen after finding one pair of tongs used for raw meat, fish, shellfish and vegetables. After a disastrous dinner, he gathered the staff and pressed Kevin to make a decision about his father’s declining health.
