Revisited in Back to the Bar: Empty Pockets (S4E49, aired 2016-04-17) as Over Easy Bar & Breakfast

What happened after

Renamed Over Easy Bar & Breakfast per Bar Rescue revisit S4E49 (2016, per spine notes). Directly fetched restaurantji.com listing confirms active operation at 6801 N Columbia Way, Portland OR 97203: full 7-day posted hours (8AM-12AM daily), online ordering active, no closure indicator.

What happened on the show

An owner and his stepdaughter who could not work together, and would not stop criticizing each other and the staff, were pulling a Portland bar in two directions. At the Six Point Inn, Taffer also had to contend with a very stubborn chef entrenched in the kitchen, and the stepfather sat with him to watch the recon and confront how the family friction looked from the outside. The rescue worked to align the two owners and break the pattern of mutual sniping that had left the staff caught in the middle. Taffer reopened the venue as Over Easy Bar and Breakfast, a brunch-forward concept that gave the room a clear daytime identity and a reason to draw a crowd, betting that a shared purpose could do what the family relationship on its own could not.

After the cameras left

Over Easy Bar and Breakfast stuck and is still operating. A directly fetched restaurantji.com listing confirms the business active at 6801 North Columbia Way in Portland, with full seven-day posted hours and online ordering, and the rescue name held through the show's 2016 revisit as well. That puts the open call at medium confidence, with Yelp and Facebook pages also surfaced though not independently fetched. The stepfather-and-stepdaughter bar survived its infighting and kept the brunch identity Taffer built, landing this one among the survivors.
