Cielo Lounge

Port St. Lucie, Florida

OPEN

This one survived. It remains in business.

What happened after

Latin American/Italian restaurant-lounge, active Facebook (weekly Saturday Latin DJ nights) and directory listings; originally "Don Marcos Cantina" before an earlier rename to Cielo Lounge (pre-dates this Bar Rescue visit).

What happened on the show

Cielo Lounge in Port St. Lucie came in for the show's standard intervention. The Latin American and Italian restaurant-lounge went through Bar Rescue's usual arc, a recon of the operation, a confrontation over its problems, a stress test of the staff, and a renovation aimed at giving the room a stronger footing. Taffer's team reopened the venue as Don Marcos Cantina, betting that a sharper concept and a disciplined operation could steady the struggling lounge. Notably, the room had actually carried the Don Marcos name before an earlier rename to Cielo Lounge that predated the visit, so the makeover in effect restored an older identity, with the familiar test of whether the reset would hold. A Port St. Lucie lounge that had already cycled through identities, it needed a stable concept and disciplined operation more than another name.

After the cameras left

Cielo Lounge is still operating. The Latin American and Italian restaurant-lounge continues at 8765 US-1 in Port St. Lucie, with an active Facebook page promoting weekly Saturday Latin DJ nights and directory listings, which puts the open call at medium confidence, held short of high because the official site domain blocked automated fetching. The room kept its doors open, apparently retaining the Cielo identity, landing this one among the survivors of the ninth season, a Florida lounge that carried forward after its rescue.
