What happened on the show
An owner leaning on her attractive daughters and spaghetti-wrestling nights to pull customers was watching mounting debt and a family feud threaten the bar's future. At Baseline Sports Bar in Tempe, Taffer had to devise a more profitable marketing plan and repair the family fence, and the episode came with quirks: he initially drove to the wrong bar, since another shared the name, and during the stress test he set a 1,000 dollar profit challenge, then chipped in the final ten dollars himself when the staff came up just short at 990.
