The surveillance found a second generation owner four hundred fifty thousand dollars in the red after his father's death, forced into an honorable discharge from the US Army, and now battling hypertension and pre diabetic vision trouble from sheer overwork, while his own children were not ready to take the reins. Across the twenty four hours Ramsay rebuilt the food, confronted the debt and the health toll head on, and delivered a renovated room.
