Little Market Cafe was the second of the three Ellicott City businesses Ramsay folded into the Save Our Town finale, the untimed special built around helping a Maryland community rebuild after the 2016 and 2018 floods devastated Main Street. This was not the usual twenty four hour sting with hidden cameras and a countdown clock. It was a coordinated rescue of a whole district, and the cafe's recovery was one thread in that larger push, alongside a lineup of high profile help that spanned Cal Ripken Jr., the Ravens, Maryland's own Governor Larry Hogan, uniformed National Guard members, and the designer Nate Berkus. Ramsay's role was to give a flooded small business the momentum and the spotlight to reopen and draw customers back to a street many had written off.
