What happened on the show

Ramsay's stop in the Little Rock area was a Korean inspired restaurant whose owner openly admitted he lacked the experience and confidence to run it, backed by a cook with no real knowledge of Korean food. With the business heavily in debt, the surveillance found little to build on, and Ramsay went undercover as a member of the production crew to watch how the kitchen actually functioned. Across the twenty four hours he threw everything he had at turning the operation around, though this was, unusually, a rescue running against a business already past saving.
