What happened on the show

Conway, Arkansas, gave Ramsay a pizza restaurant that doubled as a college bar, and the surveillance found it in disarray for two very different reasons. One owner's drinking and violent outbursts were destabilizing the floor, while the other owner was too busy running a separate business to steady it. Bear's Den had once been a magnet for nearby college students and locals, but the recon showed terrible food and a fraying operation pushing it toward closure. Across the twenty four hours Ramsay confronted the behavior at the top, rebuilt the food, and delivered a room that could win the student crowd back. His argument was that a college bar lives or dies on energy and consistency, and that neither survives an owner who cannot control himself or one who is never there.

After the cameras left

Bear's Den Pizza came through and then some. As of our latest verification pass the pizzeria and college bar at 235 Farris Road was still operating, with reviews as recent as 2025 confirming active business. It leaned into food and drink specials and karaoke to pull the college crowd back, and within three months of the relaunch had managed a minor expansion. For a room Ramsay found sabotaged from the inside, sustained operation and growth mark Conway's college bar as one of the season's clear wins.
